Any damages must be notified within 24 hours. Any notification after this point can't be processed due to us not being able to claim against the courier.

Certain products attract a delivery surcharge due to weight or volume.

The return of goods is entirely at the discretion of SDS Bathgate Ltd.

Goods must be returned to SDS Bathgate Ltd within 14 days of delivery. SDS Bathgate Ltd reserves the right to charge the customer a handling fee of 25% of the cost of the goods.

For returns to be considered, goods must be in their original condition.

All goods will be inspected on return.

All exchanges will automatically be sent to the same delivery address as original order, should you need to change this let us know via e-mail.

If the item is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, then a refund will be issued instead.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.

We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

If items are returned because the courier could not deliver (2 attempts are made), goods will be refunded minus the original carriage.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage.
